Water Treatment Plant Expansion and Upgrade , Albany, OR - Principal engineer for the design and construction of a historic conventional water treatment plant expansion and upgrade to 20-MGD capacity, including modifications to four pumping systems (raw water, filtered water, finished water, filter backwash).

Water Treatment Plant and Reservoir , Waldport, OR - Project engineer for the design and construction of a 0.8-MGD water treatment plant and 2-MG steel reservoir.  Project included backwash lagoon with recycle pumping.

Netarts-Oceanside Wastewater Treatment Plant , Netarts-Oceanside Sanitary District, Tillamook County, OR - Project engineer for design and construction of the 0.4-MGD secondary wastewater treatment plant and ocean outfall.

Longview Regional Water Treatment Plant , Longview, WA - Project engineer for the design and construction of an expansion to a 40 year old conventional water treatment plant, upgrading it to 17-MGD capacity, including three pumping systems.

Columbia Boulevard Sewage Treatment Plant Grit Removal Facilities , Portland, OR - Design engineer for a 100-MGD activated sludge secondary treatment, effluent pumping, outfall, and grit removal facility.

Wastewater Treatment Plant , Redmond, OR - Project engineer for the design and construction of a new 0.85-MGD secondary wastewater treatment plant.

Wastewater Treatment Plant , Redmond, OR - Project engineer for the design and construction of a wastewater irrigation storage and disposal system.

Water Treatment Plant , Banks, OR - Project engineer for the design of a 0.259-MGD slow sand water treatment plant.

Hillsboro Water Treatment Plant (now known as the Hillsboro-Forest Grove-Beaverton Joint Water Treatment Plant), Hillsboro, OR - Design engineer for the first 20-MGD portion of a future 60-MGD capacity water treatment plant.  Also served as design engineer, at later dates, for two more 10-MGD expansions of the plant, including four pumping systems (raw water, finished water, backwash water, recycle water).

Raw Water Pumping and Piping Study , Hillsboro-Forest Grove Joint Water Commission, Hillsboro, OR - Project manager and design engineer to determine the "on-line" capacity of several 30-MGD raw water intake pumps and 3,000-lineal feet of 36-inch diameter transmission line.

Lagoon Expansion, Vernonia, OR - Project engineer for the design and phased construction of an additional five-acre aerated sewage lagoon system, chlorine contact basins, and blower building.

Industrial Waste Pretreatment Program , Newberg, OR - Project engineer for the identification of industries discharging toxic or prohibited waste and the development of an outline of a complete industrial waste pretreatment program.

Water Supply Wells , Pipeline and Reservoir, Newberg, OR - Project engineer for the design and construction of two 16-inch diameter water supply wells complete with well houses, well pump assemblies, 600 feet of 10- and 14-inch ductile iron transmission lines, electrical controls and appurtenances.  Construction of the wells included an 8-inch test well tested at 800-GPM.  Both municipal wells have 16-inch diameter casings and 75 horsepower vertical turbine pumps capable of pumping 1,400-GPM at 174-feet of head.  Both wells are located in the city well field near the Willamette River.

Longview Regional Water Treatment Plant , Longview, WA - Design of a "Silt Dam" for the water treatment plant river intake after the Mt. St. Helens eruption.  The Silt Dam was constructed to prevent entrance of grit and debris.

Water Reservoir Covers No. 3 & 4, Repair Reservoirs No. 1 & 2 ,  Longview, WA - Project manager for the design of a new cover for the 150-foot x 250-foot Reservoir No. 4; the 90-foot x 90-foot Reservoir No. 3; the recovering of the 90-foot diameter Reservoirs No. 1 and 2; and, repair leaks in Reservoirs No. 1 and 2.

Mossyrock Park , Tacoma City Light, Tacoma, WA - Engineer for a water supply location study and design of a water supply well, storage, and distribution system for development of a 60-unit campground and park.

Well Design, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Redmond, OR - Project engineer for the design and construction of an 8-inch domestic water supply well for the new wastewater treatment plant.

Willamette Falls Fishway , Phase II Design, Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife, Oregon City, OR - Project engineer for the preparation of final plans and specifications for construction of Phase II improvements, including fish counting room, viewing window, window washer, crowder, elevator, vestibules, and restroom.

Reservoir Siting Study , Gladstone, OR - Project engineer for a study to recommend the size and location of needed reservoirs.

Water Transmission Pipeline , Gladstone, OR - Project engineer for the design and construction of an 8,000-foot-long, 27-inch-diameter concrete cylinder water transmission pipeline.

Water Distribution Analysis ,  Beaverton, OR - Project engineer for a water distribution system analysis, including preparation of a computer program suitable for use on the city's personal computers.

Booster Pump Evaluation , Beaverton, OR - Project engineer for investigation of a 1,400-GPM water booster pumping station.  Pumps would not deliver water at certain heads.

Municipal Water Well and Transmission Pipeline , Monmouth, OR -  Project engineer for the design and construction of a 1.0-MGD water supply well and 8,000-lineal feet of 12-inch D.I.P. transmission line, including a Willamette River bridge crossing.

Cherry Grove and Forest Grove Booster Pumps , Hillsboro, OR - Project engineer for the design and construction of two 4.0-MGD water supply booster pumping stations.

Water Treatment Plant , Orange County, Orlando, FL - Principal engineer for a preliminary design report for a 180-MGD ground water treatment plant for Orange County.

Water Treatment Plant , St. George, UT - Preliminary engineering design for a 40-MGD water treatment plant.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Modifications, Newport, OR - Project manager for the design and construction of chlorine contact basins for a 3.2-MGD wastewater treatment plant.

Oakland Sutherlin Water Study , Douglas County, Roseburg, OR - Project engineer for a study to analyze existing water supply systems, sources, and treatment facilities for their adequacy and to prepare alternate plans to meet future requirements for the cities of Oakland and Sutherlin.

Fire Water Storage Reservoir , Hanford Nuclear Reservation, Hanford, WA - Project engineer for the design of a 0.9-MG steel reservoir and 1,800-lineal feet of 14-inch ductile iron water transmission pipeline.

Arizona Inn Landslide , Squier Associates, Southern OR - Project engineer for the design of miscellaneous drainage structures and piping for subdrainage system for landslide remediation.

Clackamas Heights Water System Evaluation, Clackamas County, Oregon City, OR - Project engineer for the evaluation of the adequacy and recommendation of water system improvements, including well, distribution system, and elevated storage tank.

Canyonville Water System Improvements , Douglas County, Canyonville, OR - Project engineer for the plan, design, and provision of construction management services for major improvements to Canyonville's water system improvements.  Scope included a 0.75-MG steel reservoir, 9,000-lineal feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main to feed a commercial/industrial area, improvements to the raw water intake structure, and improvements to double the size of filter backwash ponds at the filtration plant.  Included EDA funding of $1,230,000.

Lower Umpqua Basin Water Study , Douglas County, OR - Project engineer and quality control for a water supply and distribution study for the Lower South Umpqua Basin.  Capabilities of the existing water districts were included in the study area and recommendations were made for handling future growth.
